## When

Once a week. You are running the recurring job: it ends with a digest in Lithuanian grouped by matter, newest first, two lines per new ruling with the case number, the date and the paragraph.

## Run

1. **What is followed, and what is new.** Read `get_workflow('matter-digest')` and follow it: `list_matters`; if nothing is followed yet, ask which provisions the matter turns on and record them with `build_matter_profile`, each as an abbreviation and an article (`CK 6.217`). Read `high_volume_provisions` and `unresolved_watches` and say what they mean. Then `list_updates` for each matter with its `matter_id`; for each new ruling, `get_document` for the court, case number and date, and `read_paragraphs` on the paragraph that cites the provision.
2. **Has any followed provision changed.** Read `get_workflow('still-good-law')` (the provision part): `check_validity` on each followed act. An amendment is news even when no court has spoken.
