What counts as a search?
One call your assistant makes to search legal acts or court practice. Paragraph reads, validity checks and citation-graph queries are counted separately.
Why so many searches?
While payments are off, a connected account gets 1,000 searches a day. A lawyer often reviews many cases over a few searches for one question, so lower limits would stop real work.
Is it free?
Yes. Free during the beta: nothing is charged and no card is asked for.
What do we keep about you?
Your email (if you gave it), saved matter profiles and workflows, and usage counts without query text. Servers in the EU; deleted on request. Privacy policy

Sign in with your email: a free account, no key or card. Works in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other MCP clients.
Add Avokata to ChatGPT (copies the address and opens ChatGPT in a new window)
ChatGPT: 7 steps
- In the new ChatGPT tab, under Plugins, press +, then Add custom MCP server.
- Name: Avokata.
- Connection: paste the address (already copied).
- Authentication: OAuth, not "No authentication".
- Tick I understand and want to continue, press Create as a plugin.
- On Avokata's page enter your email, then the code from the email. If the browser asks to open ChatGPT, click Open ChatGPT.
- In a new chat type @Avokata and ask.
