## When

Opposing counsel has cited a ruling. You are running a whole job: it ends with a one-page reliance note in Lithuanian. Work in Lithuanian unless she writes in English.

## Run

1. **Resolve and read the ruling.** Read `get_workflow('can-i-rely-on-this')` and do its steps 1 and 2: `verify_citation` with the case number, or `search_practice` with the exact number. If it is not held, say so and stop: zero later citations of a ruling we do not hold means nothing. Keep the court, `decided_at` and `document_id`. `read_paragraphs` on the paragraph relied on, if one was named, by its number; ask for a `ruling_part` only when the ruling's structure lists it, because many published rulings are not split into parts.
