Acceptable use

Lawful, professional use

avokata is for good-faith professional research into Lithuanian legal acts and court practice through your AI assistant. You must not use it unlawfully, to harass people, to evade professional duties, or to present its output as an official court or register position.

• No person search, and no attempt to build one
• No bulk extraction of the corpus beyond the published quotas
• No resale of the corpus as a competing database
• No interference with other users or with the integrity of the sources

Credentials

Keep API keys and session tokens confidential. Activity under your credentials is treated as yours. Report an exposed key to security@avokata.com so we can revoke it. One account is for one organisation; do not share access outside it.

Security

Do not probe, scan or attack avokata’s infrastructure, bypass authentication or introduce malware. Report vulnerabilities responsibly to security@avokata.com. We may block traffic that threatens availability or data integrity.

Automated access

Use the published MCP tools and the documented limits. Do not scrape unpublished endpoints, rotate identities to evade quotas, or run unattended harvesting beyond your plan. The trial without an account is small on purpose; sustained automation needs an account and respects its limits.

Enforcement

We may warn, throttle, suspend or end access for material breaches, with notice where reasonable. During the beta, clear abuse may be acted on at once. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to the competent authorities where the law requires.
